1. Is shopping safe on the site?

The Window SOX® on-line shop is safe and secure with all payments collected via “PayPal”. Currently, “PayPal” operates in 190 markets, managing 184 million accounts. “PayPal” is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, “PayPal” payments are sent without sharing financial information; “PayPal” never shares your financial information with merchants.

2. Window SOX® is not currently available for my car?

Try the Window SOX® EASY-FIT range. There are three universal fits designed to fit most Sedans & Hatchbacks, People Movers, 4WDs & Wagons. Use the search function in the “BUY NOW” section and select “EASY FIT” to view the three available options. If you would like to enquire about a Window SOX® for your model of car please contact us via e-mail.

3. What are the delivery times?

Most Dubai orders we deliver and fit ourselves. Other UAE/GCC orders are sent via a Courier Company to the specified delivery address. Deliveries may vary, taking up to 10 days depending on the location within the GCC.

4. How do I return an item?

Window SOX® are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If your Window SOX® is faulty please email us with details so we can arrange for a replacement. The faulty product, in its original packaging, must be returned upon replacement.

5. Our Privacy Policy:

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and for our own internal record keeping. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
